Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment used to grow semiconductor materials.
- Record and verify process data to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols.
- Assist engineers with experiments, trials, and process improvement activities.
- Report equipment or facility issues promptly and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and support cleanroom operation standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step technical instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work safely in a cleanroom environment.
- Vision correctable to 20/20.
- Reliable transportation and strong commitment to punctuality and safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and/or production equipment operation.
- Interest in developing skills in process technology and production support.
